Another classic Nike Bauer boot gets a new life on quads. Follow this Vapor Enforcer roller skate conversion as we remove the original ice hardware, prepare the boots and mount them onto traditional Playmaker nylon plates.

Someone finally broke one of our prototype jam plugs! This week we're testing and developing our own 3D printed skate parts, building custom Bauer quads, printing matching purple ducks and looking at how we could manufacture replacement parts for classic Flexlite and Nike Quest boots.

A size 9 Bauer Vapor Fly30 conversion built on size 10 PowerDyne Reactor Neo plates with 62mm Peter Peng wheels, Ventro Hybrid Ceramic bearings and Pablos Ice Gem Jam Plugs.
