For Bauer custom skates, these are hand built and customised to order. Please allow 5-7 days for dispatch, once these are ready they will be sent out with the service you have chosen at checkout.

Once your order is ready to leave us : We use Royal Mail with a variety of tracked services (including NEXT DAY) available at checkout. These services are only available for UK Mainland customers.

We ship internationally; however, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Pabloskates does not cover, reimburse or pay these charges on behalf of customers.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control.

If customs charges are not paid, your parcel may be delayed, held, returned to us or, in some circumstances, destroyed by the relevant authorities.
