Phoenix Quad wheels - Grade A
At Pabloskates, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. To support our sustainability and recycling goals and to help keep costs affordable for our customers all skate boots are reconditioned and repurposed from pre-owned ice skates, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless marked as NEW, components such as plates, trucks, cushions, wheels, and bearings are also reconditioned and repurposed from used skates. If you would like additional images or specific details, we are happy to provide them upon request. We offer a 30-day return policy in cases of product defects or fitment issues. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that products may show signs of previous use and agree to these terms.
All wheels are checked, cleaned, and graded so you know what you’re getting:

A – Excellent: Almost new, minimal wear.

B – Good: Light to moderate wear, plenty of life left.

C – Worn: Heavier use, still skateable but with flat spots or scuffs.

D – Dead: Wrecked, no exchange/refund available.

All of our reconditioned wheels go through a thorough cleaning process which can be seen HERE. This is to ensure they reach you in a clean, sanitary and usable state.

– Pay the listed price (based on condition). -
Try them out
– Skate them as much as you like. -
Decide what’s next

Keep them if you’re happy.

Swap them for another set (just pay a £5 exchange fee).

Return them and get back the price you paid (as long as they’re not wrecked).

Condition Grading
All wheels are checked, cleaned, and graded so you know what you’re getting:

A – Excellent: Almost new, minimal wear.

B – Good: Light to moderate wear, plenty of life left.

C – Worn: Heavier use, still skateable but with flat spots or scuffs.

D – Dead: Wrecked, no exchange/refund available.
Important to Know

You’ll always get your money back if wheels are returned in A or B condition.

C condition wheels may only qualify for a partial refund or credit.

D condition wheels cannot be returned.

Exchange fee: £5 per swap (to cover inspection, cleaning, and handling).

Wheels must be returned clean and in the same condition they were issued.

For Bauer custom skates, these are hand built and customised to order. Please allow 5-7 days for dispatch, once these are ready they will be sent out with the service you have chosen at checkout.
