Designed and manufactured in-house by Pabloskates, our Custom Jam Plugs are made for roller skate plates using the standard 5/8" adjustable toe stop thread.
 
Unlike rubber toe stops, Pablo's Custom Jam Plugs are manufactured from hard plastic. This provides the low-friction slip required for spins, pivots and dance moves, allowing the plug to glide across the floor rather than grabbing when the front of the skate makes contact.
 
Choose from three exclusive designs:
Standard: A traditional rounded jam plug shape with four grip tabs.
Hex: A clean hexagonal design with a smooth rounded dome.
Ice Gem: Our distinctive Pabloskates sculpted six-sided design.
 
Available in a range of colours, they're ideal for jam, rhythm and dance skating, providing a compact alternative to conventional toe stops while protecting the toe-stop mounting point.

Compatibility: These plugs are designed exclusively for roller skate plates using 5/8" adjustable toe stops. They are not compatible with 5/16" toe-stop threads.
 
Why Hard Plastic?
Pablo’s Custom Jam Plugs are deliberately made from hard plastic rather than soft rubber.
For jam, rhythm and dance skating, you don’t necessarily want the front of the skate to grip the floor like a conventional toe stop. When performing spins, pivots and dance movements, a hard jam plug provides the slip needed to allow the skate to move smoothly across the floor when the plug makes contact.
 
A softer, grippier material can catch against the skating surface, whereas the hard plastic construction allows the plug to slide rather than grab. They also protect the plate’s toe-stop mounting point when skating without conventional toe stops.
