🛠️ Pablo's Weekly Workshop Diary – 23rd August 2026 🛼
We've had most of this week off enjoying our annual break, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been spent getting Pablo's back up and running and working through the mountain of orders that came in while we were away!
And when we say a mountain... there were enough shipping labels to finally kill the label printer. 🤣 RIP. You served us well. 🫡
🔥 So, what's been happening in the workshop?
📦 Orders, orders and more orders! A huge amount of stock, parts and accessories have been picked, packed and are now making their way out of the workshop. Thank you to everyone who placed an order while we were away and patiently waited for us to get back!
🏒 Nike Bauer Flexlite 14s A lovely pair of Flexlite 14s arrived ready for a future conversion. These older Nike Bauer boots remain some of our favourites for turning into quad skates.
📥 More Bauer boots through the door Another pair of classic Bauer hockey skates arrived at the workshop, ready to lose their blades and start their second life as custom quads.
💗 Bauer X-LP custom build One very bright build left the bench this weekend! Bauer X-LP boots converted to quads and finished with pink and white laces and Ventro Pro Turbo wheels. Definitely not one that's going to disappear into the crowd!
🛞 Wheels, bearings, toe stops and spares Plenty more orders have been packed too, including Air Waves, Ventro Pro Turbos, bearings, toe stops and other bits and pieces heading off to skaters around the UK.
It's been a slightly unusual Workshop Diary this week with more packing than building, but after a couple of weeks away it's great to see just how many orders were waiting for us when we got back. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to everyone who ordered from Pablo's while we were away and waited patiently for us to return. Your support genuinely keeps this little workshop going.
