At Pabloskates, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. To support our sustainability and recycling goals and to help keep costs affordable for our customers all skate boots are reconditioned and repurposed from pre-owned ice skates, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless marked as NEW, components such as plates, trucks, cushions, wheels, and bearings are also reconditioned and repurposed from used skates. If you would like additional images or specific details, we are happy to provide them upon request. We offer a 30-day return policy in cases of product defects or fitment issues. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that products may show signs of previous use and agree to these terms.

A+ (New / Unused):

Brand new condition. Never worn. 

A (Excellent):

Very lightly used. Close to new. Very minor cosmetic marks.

B (Good):

Regular signs of use.

C (Fair / Heavily Used):

Noticeable wear throughout.

D (Worn / End of Life):

Very heavy use, near the end of serviceable life. 

All of our reconditioned items go through a thorough cleaning process which can be seen HERE. This is to ensure they reach you in a clean and sanitary state. 

The inside and outside of the items are sprayed with fragranced anti-bac spray before shipping. 

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days.

For Bauer custom skates, these are hand built and customised to order. Please allow 5-7 days for dispatch, once these are ready they will be sent out with the service you have chosen at checkout.

Once your order is ready to leave us : We use Royal Mail with a variety of tracked services (including NEXT DAY) available at checkout. These services are only available for UK Mainland customers.
